Running.
Rucking.
Climbing.
Crawling.
Obstacle courses.
Uneven terrain.
Long days under load.
Every stride depends on your ability to produce force, control movement, and stabilize your pelvis.
Over the course of selection preparation, these demands place repeated stress on the hip and groin complex through thousands of steps, changes in direction, climbs, and loaded movements.
This 8-week program is designed to improve the physical qualities that support hip and groin durability, movement efficiency, rotational control, and load tolerance—so you can continue training consistently as the workload increases.
This is a durability program—not rehabilitation.
Its purpose is to systematically improve common movement and capacity limitations before they become training limitations.
Your hip and groin complex plays a central role in producing force, controlling movement, and stabilizing the pelvis during nearly every lower-body task.
Every run.
Every ruck.
Every hill climbed.
Every obstacle negotiated.
Every change in direction.
The adductors work alongside the hips, trunk, and lower extremities to absorb force, maintain stability, and efficiently transfer force throughout the body.
As training volume increases, limitations in strength, stability, mobility, or control can reduce movement efficiency and your ability to tolerate repeated loading over time.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
Ideal for military, tactical, and law enforcement candidates preparing for high-volume physical training, including SFAS, Ranger School, RASP, and other demanding selection environments.
It is also appropriate for anyone looking to improve hip and groin durability before increasing running, rucking, or lower-body training volume.
The program is designed to be completed over 8 weeks. The additional week provides flexibility if training is interrupted by work, travel, family obligations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Selection Exposes What Preparation Leaves Behind.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
The objective isn't simply to train harder.
It's to continue training when the demands increase.
IDENTIFY LIMITATIONS.
ADDRESS THEM SYSTEMATICALLY.
ADAPT BEFORE SELECTION FORCES YOU TO.
