Running.
Rucking.
Hill climbs.
Obstacle courses.
Crawling.
Load carriage.
Long days under fatigue.
Your hamstrings play a critical role in producing force, controlling movement, and absorbing load throughout nearly every lower-body task.
Over the course of selection preparation, these demands accumulate through thousands of strides, climbs, loaded movements, and changes in terrain.
This 8-week program is designed to improve the physical qualities that support hamstring durability, posterior chain strength, movement efficiency, and load tolerance—so you can continue training consistently as the workload increases.
This is a durability program—not rehabilitation.
Its purpose is to systematically improve common movement and capacity limitations before they become training limitations.
Your hamstrings contribute to nearly every lower-body movement performed throughout selection preparation.
Every run.
Every ruck.
Every hill climbed.
Every obstacle negotiated.
Every loaded movement.
The hamstrings work with the hips, glutes, and lower leg to produce force, absorb force, control movement, and help stabilize the lower extremity during repetitive loading.
As training volume increases, limitations in strength, movement control, or load tolerance can reduce movement efficiency and your ability to tolerate repeated physical demands over time.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
Ideal for military, tactical, and law enforcement candidates preparing for high-volume physical training, including SFAS, Ranger School, RASP, and other demanding selection environments.
It is also appropriate for anyone looking to improve hamstring durability before increasing running, rucking, sprinting, or lower-body training volume.
The program is designed to be completed over 8 weeks. The additional week provides flexibility if training is interrupted by work, travel, family obligations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Selection Exposes What Preparation Leaves Behind.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
The objective isn't simply to train harder.
It's to continue training when the demands increase.
IDENTIFY LIMITATIONS.
ADDRESS THEM SYSTEMATICALLY.
ADAPT BEFORE SELECTION FORCES YOU TO.
