Running.
Rucking.
Ascending hills.
Descending hills.
Obstacle courses.
Load carriage.
Uneven terrain.
Every step places repeated demands on your knees.
Over the course of selection preparation, those demands accumulate into thousands of repetitions under fatigue and load.
This 12-week program is designed to improve the physical qualities that support knee durability, movement quality, load tolerance, and long-term training consistency—so you can continue training as the workload increases.
This is a durability program—not rehabilitation.
Its purpose is to systematically improve common movement and capacity limitations before they become training limitations.
Your knees are subjected to repetitive loading during nearly every task performed throughout selection preparation.
Every run.
Every ruck.
Every hill climbed or descended.
Every obstacle negotiated.
Every load carried.
The knee does not function in isolation. Its performance depends on the coordinated function of the hips, ankles, surrounding musculature, and your ability to control movement under load.
As training volume increases, limitations in strength, mobility, stability, or control can reduce movement efficiency and your ability to tolerate repeated loading over time.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
Ideal for military, tactical, and law enforcement candidates preparing for high-volume physical training, including SFAS, Ranger School, RASP, and other demanding selection environments.
It is also appropriate for anyone looking to improve knee durability before increasing running, rucking, or lower-body training volume.
The program is designed to be completed over 12 weeks. The additional week provides flexibility if training is interrupted by work, travel, family obligations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Selection Exposes What Preparation Leaves Behind.
Candidates spend countless hours improving strength, running performance, and rucking capacity.
Durability deserves the same level of preparation.
The objective isn't simply to train harder.
It's to continue training when the demands increase.
IDENTIFY LIMITATIONS.
ADDRESS THEM SYSTEMATICALLY.
ADAPT BEFORE SELECTION FORCES YOU TO.
