If you're preparing for SFAS, your low back will be exposed to repeated loading long before selection begins.
Running.
Rucking.
Load carriage.
Obstacle courses.
Team events.
Lifting.
Long hours under fatigue.
The question is not whether your low back will be stressed.
The question is whether it is prepared for that stress.
The SUAR Low Back Durability Program was developed to help candidates improve the qualities that support load tolerance, force transfer, movement efficiency, and long-term training consistency.
You'll develop:
• Trunk stability
• Hip mobility
• Bracing capacity
• Posterior chain strength
• Load tolerance
• Movement control
• Rotational stability
• Muscular endurance
This is not a rehabilitation program.
This is a 12-week durability program designed to address common limitations before they become training limitations.
The low back serves as the primary link between the upper and lower body.
Every step under a ruck.
Every hill climb.
Every casualty carry.
Every awkward object moved during team events.
Every repetition performed under fatigue.
The low back is responsible for transferring force, maintaining position, and tolerating load.
When movement quality deteriorates, fatigue accumulates, or capacity falls short of demand, performance often begins to suffer.
Candidates routinely dedicate hundreds of hours to improving strength, running performance, and ruck capacity.
Durability deserves the same attention.
Over 12 weeks, you'll systematically develop:
• Trunk stability and control
• Hip mobility and function
• Bracing mechanics
• Posterior chain strength
• Rotational control
• Load tolerance
• Movement efficiency
• Capacity under fatigue
That is the objective.
12 Weeks
Delivered through BridgeAthletic with guided exercise demonstrations and coaching cues.
Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the program.
Access remains active throughout the 12-week training period and includes a one-week grace period following completion.
The candidates who remain healthy long enough to demonstrate their capabilities are often the ones who systematically addressed weaknesses before they became problems.
The goal is not simply to train harder.
The goal is to continue training when the demands increase.
This program is delivered through the BridgeAthletic training platform and includes:
• Structured week-by-week programming
• Video exercise demonstrations
• Coaching cues and exercise instructions
• Progressions and regressions when appropriate
• Self-guided movement and durability assessments
• Built-in workout tracking and progress monitoring
This is an interactive training program designed to help you systematically develop durability, movement quality, load tolerance, and physical capacity within the lumbopelvic and trunk system.
Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the program through the BridgeAthletic app.
Access remains active for the duration of the program and includes a one-week grace period following completion in case training is interrupted by travel, work, family obligations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
This program is intended for educational and training purposes only.
It is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
