If you're preparing for SFAS, your neck and upper back will spend countless hours supporting load.
Rucks.
Body armor.
Equipment.
Long movements over uneven terrain.
Repeated days of training with limited recovery.
The question is not whether these structures will be stressed.
The question is whether they are prepared for that stress.
The SUAR Neck & Upper Back Durability Program was developed to help candidates improve the qualities that support posture, load carriage, movement efficiency, and long-term training consistency.
You'll develop:
• Cervical mobility
• Thoracic mobility
• Scapular stability
• Postural endurance
• Load tolerance
• Breathing mechanics
• Upper back strength
• Motor control
This is not a rehabilitation program.
This is a 12-week durability program designed to address common limitations before they become training limitations.
Selection places significant demands on your ability to carry load over distance.
When the neck, upper back, and shoulder girdle fatigue, posture begins to deteriorate.
Breathing mechanics often become less efficient.
Movement becomes less economical.
Fatigue accumulates faster.
Small limitations become larger problems.
Candidates routinely spend hundreds of hours preparing their cardiovascular system and lower body for selection.
The structures responsible for supporting load deserve the same attention.
Over 12 weeks, you'll systematically develop:
• Cervical mobility and control
• Thoracic extension and rotation
• Scapular strength and stability
• Postural endurance
• Upper back capacity
• Breathing mechanics
• Load carriage tolerance
• Movement efficiency under fatigue
That is the objective.
12 Weeks
Delivered through BridgeAthletic with guided exercise demonstrations and coaching cues.
Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the program.
Access remains active throughout the 12-week training period and includes a one-week grace period following completion.
The candidates who remain healthy long enough to demonstrate their capabilities are often the ones who systematically addressed weaknesses before they became problems.
The goal is not simply to train harder.
The goal is to continue training when the demands increase.
This program is intended for educational and training purposes only.
It is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are currently experiencing significant pain, a recent injury, neurological symptoms, dizziness, radiating symptoms, or a medical condition affecting participation in exercise, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning this program.
This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization! Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
