If you're preparing for SFAS, your ability to maintain position under load matters.
Rucking.
Land navigation.
Team events.
Load carriage.
Long movements over uneven terrain.
Hours under fatigue.
The question is not whether your posture will be challenged.
The question is whether you can maintain it when fatigue begins to accumulate.
The SUAR Spinal & Postural Durability Program was developed to help candidates improve the qualities that support load carriage, breathing efficiency, movement quality, and long-term training consistency.
You'll develop:
• Spinal mobility
• Thoracic mobility
• Postural endurance
• Trunk stability
• Upper back strength
• Neck endurance
• Breathing mechanics
• Load carriage posture
This is not a rehabilitation program.
This is a 7-week durability program designed to address common limitations before they become training limitations.
The ability to maintain position under load is often overlooked during preparation.
As mileage increases and fatigue accumulates, posture frequently begins to deteriorate.
Breathing becomes less efficient.
Load carriage becomes less economical.
Movement quality begins to decline.
Small limitations become larger problems.
Candidates routinely dedicate hundreds of hours to improving aerobic capacity, strength, and ruck performance.
Durability deserves the same attention.
Over 7 weeks, you'll systematically develop:
• Spinal mobility and control
• Thoracic extension and rotation
• Upper back strength and endurance
• Neck endurance
• Trunk stability
• Breathing efficiency
• Load carriage posture
• Movement quality under fatigue
That is the objective.
7 Weeks
Delivered through BridgeAthletic with guided exercise demonstrations and coaching cues.
Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the program.
Access remains active throughout the 7-week training period and includes a one-week grace period following completion, resulting in deactivation at the end of Week 8.
The candidates who remain healthy long enough to demonstrate their capabilities are often the ones who systematically addressed weaknesses before they became problems.
The goal is not simply to train harder.
The goal is to continue training when the demands increase.
This program is delivered through the BridgeAthletic training platform and includes:
• Structured week-by-week programming
• Video exercise demonstrations
• Coaching cues and exercise instructions
• Progressions and regressions when appropriate
• Self-guided movement and durability assessments
• Built-in workout tracking and progress monitoring
This is an interactive training program designed to help you systematically develop durability, movement quality, load tolerance, and physical capacity related to spinal mobility, postural endurance, breathing mechanics, and load carriage performance.
Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the program through the BridgeAthletic app.
Access remains active for the duration of the program and includes a one-week grace period following completion in case training is interrupted by travel, work, family obligations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
This program is intended for educational and training purposes only.
It is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are currently experiencing significant pain, a recent injury, neurological symptoms, dizziness, radiating symptoms, or a medical condition affecting participation in exercise, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning this program.
This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization! Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
