This is a 12-week durability program designed to address common limitations before they become training limitations.

As fatigue accumulates, small limitations often become larger problems.

Insufficient strength endurance.

Each may limit your ability to continue training at the level your preparation requires.
Candidates routinely dedicate hundreds of hours to building aerobic capacity, strength, and ruck performance.

Over 12 weeks, you'll systematically develop:
