RiseFit Coaching: The Evolution of Adult Physical Fitness with Coaching

This 14-week program is designed to maximized all of the physical fitness markers that are important to health and longevity. In this program, there will be aspects of speed, strength, power, hypertrophy, skill acquisition, anaerobic conditioning, aerobic conditioning, mobility, strength endurance, and work capacity. The best part is that you will get all of this in about one hour for five days per week.


You can expect:

  • Speed Work (Velocity)
  • Strength Training (Force)
  • Power (Force x Velocity)- important factor of aging gracefully and longevity of life
  • Skill Acquisition (Important for Cognitive Health)
  • Muscle Hypertrophy (Getting Jacked)
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Relative Strength (Your ability to handle your own bodyweight)
  • Anaerobic Training (Important factors of Max Heart Rate, Lactate Threshold, Glycolytic System, and VO2 Max)
  • Aerobic System
  • Long Duration Training (Work Capacity
  • Functional Movement and Mobility


The goal of this program is to move the needle closer to when you were in the best shape of your life. Ultimately, the goal is to get you all in the best shape of your life, so that you can enjoy your family and friends as long as possible in the life.

You will have ongoing access to the app and the program along with a coach to ask questions, post videos for critique, and for motivation. The coach will also be there for accountability. The coach will also have access to suggestions for nutrition, recovery, and more.
