RiseFit: Evolution of Adult Physical Fitness

This 14-week program is designed to maximized all of the physical fitness markers that are important to health and longevity. In this program, there will be aspects of speed, strength, power, hypertrophy, skill acquisition, anaerobic conditioning, aerobic conditioning, mobility, strength endurance, and work capacity. The best part is that you will get all of this in about one hour for five days per week.

The goal of this program is to move the needle closer to when you were in the best shape of your life. Ultimately, the goal is to get you all in the best shape of your life, so that you can enjoy your family and friends as long as possible in the life.
