What This Program Is
The Female Health Lane is a 17‑week sequenced training route designed to:
Rebuild foundational strength
Improve movement quality and joint control
Support fat loss without aggressive restriction
Establish repeatable training habits that last
Training is delivered 3 days per week, using progressive load applied in a deliberate order so adaptation occurs without chronic fatigue or breakdown.
Every phase builds on the previous one.

Warm‑Up — Restore positioning, breathing, and readiness
Strength Work — Structured lifts applied with controlled progression
