The Female Health Lane is a 17‑week sequenced training route designed to:

Training is delivered 3 days per week, using progressive load applied in a deliberate order so adaptation occurs without chronic fatigue or breakdown.

Each session follows a consistent structure:

  • Warm‑Up — Restore positioning, breathing, and readiness
  • Strength Work — Structured lifts applied with controlled progression
