Program Overview
RouteHealth: Strength Foundations is your entry point into intelligent resistance training. Over five progressive phases (three weeks each), you’ll master fundamental movement patterns, develop balanced strength, and prepare your body for more advanced training ahead.
Each 50-minute session blends purposeful progression with efficient design—so you’ll move better, lift stronger, and understand why each exercise matters. Expect smart workload increases, evolving challenges, and an emphasis on quality of movement over quantity of reps.
