is a free 4-week introduction to intelligent training—designed for anyone ready to begin moving, building strength, and feeling better from home.
You’ll train just 3 days per week using bodyweight, bands, or light dumbbells. Each session blends the AiMS Method (Activate, Integrate, Mobilize, Stabilize) to teach you how to move well, strengthen key muscle groups, and develop the foundation for long-term fitness. No complicated equipment. No guesswork. Just clear, effective movement built around how the body is designed to perform.
