I’m passionate about helping runners and athletes of all levels improve their performance — and I want to give back to the community. By offering this program for free, I’m making it accessible to anyone who’s ready to level up their speed. Plus, I’m sharing the program through my Instagram channel so we can build a supportive community, answer questions, and celebrate each other’s progress together.d

 

 

How it works: 

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.

  4. Log in on the Bridge app with your email and password
