This is a 5 day a week sports performance program.
Rather than a Strength or Body Building style program, this program focuses on building physical qualities such as strength, power, and conditioning, in a way that builds upon each other.
We will follow a traditional Strength and Conditioning model. That means this program will be structured into phases. Each phase lasts 3 weeks into duration and will build upon the last phase.
We will start with Accumulation. The emphasis will be full body strength, low level plyometrics, and aerobic development.
From there we will transition to Intensification. The emphasis in this phase will be higher intensity strength, medium level plyometrics, introduction to power, and aerobic development.
The final phase is realization. The goal here will be turning our new found strength into explosive power. This will be our most advanced phase which is why we build up to it. Once we reach this phase we will hold here and continue to get stronger and more explosive.
