This program is designed to help Olympic Weightlifters return to lifting following a period of inactivity. Program will focus on high reps and lower weight/intensity.
Mobilization and Activation exercises are specifically designed to prepare wthe athlete for their workout/primary lift.
Primary lifts include
- Back Squat
- Deadlift
- Push Press
- Power Clean
- Power Snatch
Secondary and auxiliary lifts focus on improving segments of the primary lift and trunk stability.
All session end with capacity based exercises and a cooldown progression to allow client to prepare for their next session.
