Stage One: Six Week Program 

This program is designed by and skilled sports medicine professional to address ankle health through education, mobilization techniques, strengthening, and improve stability through functional movements. 

 

Learn Assessment Tools: 

Education on how to properly screen and note progression with mobility and stability. 

 

Learn Mobilization Exercises :

Programming that addresses common deficits affecting hip and ankle mobility. Each week exercises with progress with difficulty and demand. 

 

Learn Stabilization Exercises:

Programming to address stability to help improve your posture and stability in the ankle during lifting and dynamic activities. 

 

Now Perform :

Programming focusing on strengthening your lower extremities to address ground lifting while further improving ankle stability through functional movement patterns.

  • Injury related to a fall, motor vehicle accident, or trauma.
  • Feeling instability.
  • Inability walk, stand, or sit with out extreme pain.
  • Joint appears deformed
  • Intense pain or sudden swelling

Schedule a appointment with your physician or physical therapist 

  • Difficulty bending, lifting, walking, or other functional activities
  • Radicular symptoms into hips, thigh, knee, and lower leg
  • Radicular symptoms into hands, elbow shoulder, back or neck.
  • Tenderness to touch
