Programming that addresses common deficits affecting shoulder and spine mobility. Each week exercises with progress with difficulty and demand. 

 

Learn Stabilization Exercises:

Programming to address stability to help improve your posture and strength into the overhead motion. 

 

Now Perform :

Programming focusing on strength in the overhead position while further improving posture through functional movement patterns.
