Six Week Programming designed for you to begin your progression to address hip and spine mobility, strength, and posture awareness with lifting from the ground. 

Level: Beginner to intermediate 

 

Learn Assessment Tools: 

Education on how to properly screen and note progression with mobility and stability. 

 

Learn Mobilization Exercises :

Programming that addresses common deficits affecting hip and spine mobility. Each week exercises with progress with difficulty and demand. 

 

Learn Stabilization Exercises:

Programming to address stability to help improve your posture and stability in the trunk during lifting and dynamic activities. 

 

Now Perform :

Programming focusing on strengthening your core to address ground lifting while further improving posture through functional movement patterns.

  • Injury related to a fall, motor vehicle accident, or trauma.
  • Feeling instability.
  • Inability walk, stand, or sit with out extreme pain.
  • Joint appears deformed
  • Intense pain or sudden swelling

  • Radicular symptoms into hips, thigh, knee, and lower leg
