Strength & Conditioning Challenge

Overview: This is a condensed high volume & high intensity taster of how we train action & adventure sports athletes. You will start & finish the 14 day block by carrying out some physical profiling tests. Each week will comprise of 1 x speed, 1 x power & 1 x strength workout, with recovery days sandwiched in between. It will open you're eyes to the world of elite strength & conditioning, challenging you physically but stimulating you mentally. Are you ready to take it on?

 

Level: Combination of beginner, intermediate & advanced

 

Length: 2 weeks

 

Structure: 1 x 2 week phase

 

Frequency: 7 days per week

 

Duration: Workouts approximately 30-60 minutes each

 

Equipment: Mat + Foam roller + Resistance bands + Medicine ball (light)
