Strength Squad Training Program is:

  • 2+ days a week of training, varying each phase
  • Month to Month commitment, automatically renews through the bridge app
  • 3 month training blocks that consists of 4 week training phases. Training blocks include:
    • Foundation
    • Grow
    • Develop
    • Strength
  • Feedback, coaching, and video analysis from coach Sawyer via the bridge app
  • Coaching cues and explanation from Coach Sawyer as well as video for every exercise
