  • 3+ days a week of training
  • Month to Month commitment
  • 3 month training blocks that consists of 4 week training phases. Training blocks include:
    • Foundation
    • Build
    • Strength
    • Power
  • Feedback, coaching, and video analysis from coach Sawyer via the bridge app

 

Who is Strength Squad Plus+ for:

  • Intermediate to advanced lifters
  • Those with barbell and heavy lifting experience
  • People wanting to improve strength and athletic capacity.
  • Able to train 3-5 days a week
