Over five structured days, you'll go through key assessments to establish your current physical baseline—covering strength, power, speed, endurance, and movement quality. This data-driven start will help us track your progress and ensure each phase of your training is personalized and purposeful.

Phase Breakdown

Each phase builds strategically on the last:

 

RESET & RELOAD Phase – Improve general movement quality, control, and coordination.

MUSCLE LAB Phase – Develop functional muscle mass to support performance.

IRON CODE Phase – Increase your ability to produce and absorb force efficiently.

POWER GENERATOR Phase – Maximize speed, explosiveness, and sport transfer (run faster, hit harder, jump higher).
