This 18 week program starts with 6 weeks of building you a strong foundation to then move you into a building phase. Often times when starting we go all in, but my program ensures you will not be asked to do anything beyond your comfortability. Mobility meets fitness is the bridge for moving better and starting to reclaim your athleticism. Make strides toward your performance through this program. This program will improve movement efficiency, increase mobility (range of motion) and stability (control of movement) to allow you to get the most out of your performance. The program progresses from building that solid foundation, to increasing muscle size and strength and finally improving power. The goal is for performance in the weight room to transfer to performance in life. Use this program to elevate to reclaim and enhance your human movement.
