In this 6-week program you will gain both muscle hypertrophy and strength. 

 

This program is a nice progression if you have already completed “The Starting Line” program. For those who have already established basic exercise habits and are ready to take the next step, The Foundation provides six weeks of structured strength and conditioning training designed to build consistency, confidence, and measurable progress.

 

Each workout includes:

This program is built for individuals who have access to standard gym equipment found in facilities such as Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym, LA Fitness, and similar commercial fitness centers. Through progressive programming, participants will develop foundational strength, muscular endurance, work capacity, and movement quality while learning how to train with purpose.

 

The Foundation removes the guesswork from exercise by providing a clear roadmap that balances resistance training, and recovery. Whether your goal is to improve general fitness, build lean muscle, increase strength, or establish a sustainable training routine, this program delivers a proven framework that can fit into a busy lifestyle.
