Even as the training progresses, each day follows a battle-tested structure:

1. Core Prep

Activate stabilizers and set your rib–pelvis relationship.

2. Movement Prep

Mobilize, connect patterns, and prime your nervous system.

3. Technical / Power Block

Develop explosive strength and technical power.

4. Primary Strength Block

Your main lift of the day—high transfer to grappling.

5. Secondary Strength Block

Build balanced strength across all patterns.

6. Rotational Strength Block

Produce, resist, and transfer force—the foundation of grappling movement.

7. Resilience Block

Neck strength, grip work, proprioception, joint integrity.

8. Regeneration Block

Mobility and recovery to keep you training consistently.

Joshua has 10 years experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach for Elite Military and Sports and is a certified S&C coach with a Masters Degree in Sports Science with Medicine, where he specialized in recovery after injury in Military Populations and has worked extensively with elite populations and professional athletes in the UK and USA. Joshua coaches out of Ryan Halls Fifty/50 Martial Arts gym in Falls Church, VA.
