The Runner's Boost - Boosted Training Plan

Boosted Training Plan Includes

  • Unlimited video analysis. Discover what you need to fix when it comes to your lifts and running drills
  • Bi-weekly check-in to answer questions and review progress (email to schedule call time via Calendly to follow purchase)

 

  • Flagship strength training for runners of all levels and exercise experience.
  • 3-6 week long training phases (Foundations, Strength, and Power).
  • 3 strength workouts and 1 running technique/mobility workout per week.
  • Every workout is assigned as a “Playlist” which means you can start any workout on any day of the week.
  • Equipment: Access to a full gym is recommended (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and cables) but there are dumbbell and bodyweight exercise alternatives.

 

*You will be first be assigned to the 4-week “Foundations 1 Phase” where the goal is to master positional strength and stability. As you challenge yourself with weight, your priority is completing all reps and sets.

 

**Once you complete this training phase, you will progress onto the next phase automatically.
