This 4-week program follows the core Show Me PT philosophy of restoring movement, rebuilding strength, and creating a foundation for long-term performance. Through three bodyweight-based workouts each week, you'll develop muscular endurance, improve work capacity, and build confidence in your ability to move and exercise consistently.
Each week gradually progresses in volume, allowing your body to adapt safely while improving endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. The exercises are intentionally simple, functional, and effective—focusing on movements that translate to everyday life while preparing you for more advanced training in the future.
