In this 15-week program you will gain both physical and mental strength. Starting something new can be overwhelming and the worst is when you start and then immediately get injured. This program is designed to keep you safe and injury free and meet you exactly where you are at. Strength is so critical to your health and wellbeing and it is never too late to get started. This program includes weekly checkins with Dr. Rhiannon and requires a 15 week commitment as that is the minimal amount of time needed to see and feel physiological changes.
