This project is for athletes and coaches who want to grow by doing.
We’ll take the non-traditional training you see in my posts and actually experience it — learning through experimentation, not just reading another e-book. Expect hard training, shared complaints, and real growth alongside a community of like-minded, out-of-the-box thinkers.

 

About the Program:


This is the same non-traditional, CNS-focused training I use with my athletes, chronic pain clients, and of course, myself. I'll be following along in the misery.. I mean fun!


Expect:

-Long Duration ISOs that make you think “why am I like this?”

-Purposeful slow and fast tempo work

-Heavy loading when appropriate

-Annoying metronomes and intentional discomfort

-Adaptations you genuinely feel

 

This isn’t about looking good on Instagram.
It’s about feeling stronger, more capable, and more fluent in how your body actually moves.

 

This program involves follow along videos and cues for every exercise, plus the ability to film and upload your own videos for critiquing. We will all follow along the program at the same pace and discuss our struggles and successes. Group discussions will be held in the Bridge Athletic app and through Voxer. 

 

Program Details: Training days will be Monday through Friday each week. Expect 45-60 minutes of training. Sessions can be made up on weekends if needed.

 

Recommended Equipment: Full gym would be ideal, but alternatives will be given for any exercises performed on less common equipment (No GHD, no problem). If you have even have a small home gym with the basics, we can make it work.

 

 

How it works: 

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all of your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program. 

 

Here are the steps to follow:

  3. Accept your email invite (from BridgeAthletic) and create a password.
  4. Log in on the Bridge app with your email and password.
  5. Begin training and learning.
