This 12 week program is designed to improve an athlete's strength, quickness, explosiveness. If you are looking for a program designed for Pickleball this workout is for you. At the end of this program you will feel stronger, have improved flexibility and reduce injuries.
The program is designed to improve total body strength, flexibility, improving core stability and strength. By improving your overall strength you will reduce the risk of injury.
This program includes follow along videos demonstrating exercises. So, even if you are a beginner, you will have the tools necessary to complete each workout. You will have the ability to send me questions directly for feedback on your workouts.
Program Duration: 12 weeks, 3 days per week

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization! Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
