It begins with volume training to develop some size, shifts towards strength to take advantage of the muscle you've built, then towards getting lean so you're beach-ready (this coincided with summer months approaching =), and lastly back to strength as the weather cooled off.

I received my BS in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, SLO in 2003. I've been a personal trainer since then, and love helping people overcome their perceived limits and reach their goals.
