This 4-week program is designed to enhance a fighter’s total-body strength, rotational power, and athletic performance. Built to complement Muay Thai training, it develops the kind of stability, coordination, and explosiveness needed to strike with control and power.
The goal of this program is to improve a fighter’s ability to generate rotational force, maintain balance through transitions, and produce power efficiently from the ground up.
Through a mix of strength work, mobility drills, and rotational power exercises, fighters will improve how they transfer energy through the hips, core, and shoulders—translating directly into faster, stronger, and more precise strikes.
Follow-along videos will demonstrate key movements that reinforce posture, strength, and coordination patterns tailored to Muay Thai performance.
4 Weeks, 3 Days per Week
Cable Machine, Medicine Ball, Plyo Box, Dumbbells, Bands
This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization! Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
