WKD Speed is a six-month gym-based program designed to improve muscle and tendon stiffness through strategically programmed isometric contractions. By strengthening the structures responsible for force transmission, the program helps athletes produce and apply force more rapidly.

This program builds the physical qualities that underpin sprinting and explosive movement. It works best alongside a sprint program and complements WKD Strength perfectly.
