Strength is Built Through Consistency, Not Constant Change
WKD Strength uses a simple but highly effective progression used in high-performance sport.
Training is performed twice per week with a small number of key lifts that remain consistent over time. Each four-week block gradually increases intensity, starting with a lighter technical week before progressing to heavier work as fatigue tolerance and force production improve.
At the start of each new block the load increases and the progression begins again.
By keeping the exercises stable and the progression structured, athletes are able to build meaningful strength instead of constantly chasing novelty.
