Youth Development Ages 6-10 Years-Old

This program will ensure that youth development will take place focusing on:


  • Functional Movement Patterns
  • All Planes of Motion (Rotational, Horizontal, Vertical, and Side to Side)
  • Power, Strength, and Body Weight Efficiency
  • Videos and advice throughout
  • Ongoing Coaching and Communication



We've coached hundred of top athletes including 30 Team USA Weightlifters, hundreds of D1 Collegiate Athletes, multiple Professional (NFL, NBA, and MMA), and three world record holding powerlifters. Coach Mash is now pursuing his PhD in Human Performance.
