E1 Athlete | Coach Myles Brown

Coach Brown is a strength and conditioning professional with multiple years of high-level coaching experience.  He has trained sport athletes competing at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels; tactical athletes operating in the military and law enforcement realms; and high-performing executive athletes looking to improve their health, fitness, and quality of life.

He currently serves as a Human Performance Specialist, coaching and educating tactical athletes within the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to this position, he served in similar roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Connecticut, United States Army Special Operations Command, and more. He holds an M.S in Kinesiology and a B.A in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC-Chapel Hill.

His goal is to provide elite performance programming for individuals seeking to maximize their potential. Regardless of their profession, he believes that everyone should approach training like an athlete: with purpose, intent, and a structured plan to achieve their goals. Understanding these goals and creating individualized plans to reach them are his specialty. All E1 Athlete programming will go through Coach Brown.
