Tommy Bell Performance Training

Welcome to my Site! My name is Tommy Bell, I am certified through the NSCA as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Also, I am a former Division 1 college baseball player at Old Dominion University as well as a current Assistant Baseball Coach at the United States Coast Guard Academy. It is my goal and passion as a coach to make each individual athlete better at their sport and to give them the tools they need to succeed in life and on the field. With that being said, I also offer sport specific programming. (Ex. TBP Arm Care and Strength Program below.)

 Ever since finishing my baseball career, I struggled with finding the right program or workouts to do on a daily basis. With these programs, you will be able to look better and feel better about your workout habits. Mass Builder 201
Welcome!Mass Builder 201 was created for individuals that like to train hard and heavy. Phase 1 (4 weeks) includes hypertrophy exercises that target muscle growth and strength gains. Phases to follow will build on Phase 1, allowing for continuous gains. The program includes three days a week - two being full body workouts, and 1 dynamic strength day. Physique 101
Physique 101 intertwines muscular endurance training, basic strength training, and anaerobic/aerobic work. Push your limits by gaining lean body mass and conditioning your body.Physique 101 starts with a 4 week build phase, 4 workouts a week.
