HOW THE GROUP WORKS:

 

• Starts the first Monday of every month.

• Train alongside other action & adventure athletes.

• Complete every session through the BridgeAthletic app.

• Receive daily accountability, coaching and support.

• Progress together over the full 14 days.

Some athletes identify durability as their biggest limitation and continue into the 6-Week Durability Fitness Block.

Others progress into a Performance Assessment before beginning a higher-level performance programme.

Either way, you'll finish the challenge with a much clearer understanding of what your body needs next.
