Blockout Vertical Jump (In the Gym)

Who Is This Program For?

Volleyball, basketball, and soccer athletes — or any athlete (of any age or gender!) who wants to invest the time and effort to increase their vertical.

 

The In Gym Edition of this course has been specifically designed for athletes who will have access to a gym or weight room. No gym? No problem. What You Will Get With This Program

  • 10 customized, progressive workouts (2 per week, for 5 weeks). Each workout is about 60 minutes long and led by Jared, one of the expert strength and conditioning coaches at BOA.
  • A readiness survey for each workout to help you track key habits that will affect your training and performance
  • Demonstration videos and/or written descriptions for the drills in each workout
  • Warm-up and movement prep exercises
  • A force absorption block of exercises (Weeks 1-3)
  • Approach mechanics drills to work on jump fundamentals
  • A strength work block of exercises
  • A block of core strength exercises
  • Jump testing to measure your progress (Weeks 1 and 5)
  • A post-workout survey to help you reflect on your experience

The total price for this program is only $30, so that means you’ll improve your vertical for only $3 per workout!  You can easily extend the benefit and value of this course by completing each week’s workouts for two-week blocks and make this a 10-week program to add even more inches to your vertical jump.
