This program is highly involved and subscription includes 2-4 video calls per month either during sessions or after to discuss film, concerns, and questions.This program works incredibly well and is very demanding. Adequate sleep, calories, and stress management is non-negotiable. Programming will be adjusted based on athlete/sport needs.Cancellations must be communicated ONE BILLING CYCLE IN ADVANCE.
