Founded by Bayleigh Wheat, Roll on Fitness was born from years of sweat and strategy on the flat track. After experiencing the physical toll of the sport firsthand, I transitioned from skater to specialist to provide the gear and guidance I wish I’d had on Day One.

Roller Derby Elite Performance ProgramThis 12-week elite program is engineered to transform your game from the inside out. By bridging the gap between raw gym strength and track-specific mobility, we focus on developing the explosive lateral power, reactive agility, and unshakeable core stability required to dominate the track and hold the line.About the ProgramThe goal of this program is to build a "derby-ready" athlete.
