  • Former 3-Sport HS Athlete, Collegiate Academic All-American, & Professional International Baseball Player
  • Earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • Experience in Orthopedic Rehab, Sports Performance, Hospital Acute Care
  • Coaches Baseball & CrossFit, including CrossFit Games Athletes
  • Now in Kailua-Kona, dedicated to helping Big Island Athletes recover, move, & perform

  • Former Dual-Sport HS athlete and Collegiate Baseball All-Time Team Captain Award recipient
  • Earned Undergrad and Masters in Exercise Science and Injury Prevention
  • Experience in private (4 years) and collegiate (6 years) strength and conditioining coaching. Experience working with athletes ranging from Olympians, MLB, NFL, and MLS
  • Head performance coach for mutliple teams at UCLA for 4 years
  • Now coaching and mentoring athletes on how to handle the pressures of sport through his privately owned business.
