Titan has been known as the premier performance training facility in Santa Barbara for over 20 years. Titan Specializes in Youth Athletics and has helped many student athletes further their career at the D1 Level. Titan offers on and off-site training services to athletes, individuals, and teams of all ages (10+) and fitness levels. Titan designs science-based, individualized strength and conditioning programs customized to prevent injury and optimize performance for all levels.
 

What our program entails:
Over the years Titan has developed a successful training program with principles and foundations based on the conjugate method. We have tailored this method to suit clients of every level and have achieved huge results from it. Our Program focus is to develop functional strength, power, Strength Endurance, force production, Anaerobic / Aerobic Capacity, and good movement partners through mobility. We do this by lifting weights in a structured safe environment with high-level coaches working on form and technique. Strength and force production are the core values at Titan.


The Why
The application of strength needed between an athlete and an average joe is very different however both groups benefit from being strong. Strength or Force production is the ability to move weight in space or distance. The more force you produce the easier the movement or task becomes. Strength is the foundation of power and power is movement. Strength training increases lean muscle tissue, more lean muscle means more calories burned at rest. This is the fastest and most effective way to peak performance or fitness.

Strength Training - Monthly (Beta)
Whether you are new to weight lifting or you are experienced, this program is the perfect way to start and maintain your fitness journey. Following a strict, consistant program is key to unlocking your fitness success! This program is going to lay the foundation for all of your movements.. Strength! This will follow triphasic principles and leave you looking lean and mean!This strength training program has 5 days, 4 strength training and 1 cardio and mobility day.This program has an upper/ lower split which allows you to train each muscle group twice a week.This is a monthly subscription. The program will follow 3 week waves with new content coming out each month.

Metabolic - Monthly (Beta)
For a well rounded program, look no further! This program offers an ideal blend of cardio and weight training.This tough metabolic training program has 5 days, 3 of them being metabolic workouts with strength and cardio finishers and 2 cardio and core days.For those looking for a lean and defined physique, this program has everything you need.Three days a week we start with a large compound movement before turning up the intensity with some high volume full body strength movements. This will ensure you continue to get stronger while burning lots of caloriesTwo days a week we focus on conditioning. Start feeling better on a daily basis by developing your cardiovascular system and finish up with some tough core work!This is a monthly subscription. The program will follow 3 week waves with new content coming out each month.

Sports Performance - Nate
This is a 5 day a week sports performance program.Rather than a Strength or Body Building style program, this program focuses on building physical qualities such as strength, power, and conditioning, in a way that builds upon each other.We will follow a traditional Strength and Conditioning model. That means this program will be structured into phases. Each phase lasts 3 weeks into duration and will build upon the last phase.We will start with Accumulation. The emphasis will be full body strength, low level plyometrics, and aerobic development.From there we will transition to Intensification. The emphasis in this phase will be higher intensity strength, medium level plyometrics, introduction to power, and aerobic development.The final phase is realization. The goal here will be turning our new found strength into explosive power. This will be our most advanced phase which is why we build up to it. Once we reach this phase we will hold here and continue to get stronger and more explosive.
