Eoin Scullion brings over 15 years of experience spanning playing high-level rugby and professional coaching across multiple sports, working with athletes, public figures, and high-performance environments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning, and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, along with many accreditations and certifications. 

 

That blend of performance and coaching at the highest level informs every program here: structured, purposeful systems designed to remove guesswork and deliver results.

 

High performance isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, consistently, when pressure is high and margins are small.
