Amy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 25 years of experience helping athletes move, perform, and recover at their best. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-sport programming tailored to each individual’s goals. Her approach blends evidence-based exercise with preventative strategies to improve movement quality and optimize performance at any fitness level.

Amy holds advanced certifications including Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Performance Specialist (C-PS). She has worked with athletes of all levels—from novice to elite.
