BridgeAthletic Performance Training

BridgeAthletic Performance Training is designed for individuals looking to upgrade their training, increase strength, improve general athleticism, and reduce injury risk. Built to make you better, each program progresses as you develop so you never plateau.  

 

Each program lasts 15 weeks and includes 3 workouts per week. Your Performance Training plan will progress you through 5 phases of training as you start with General Prep and progress through Strength and Power development.

This 12-week program is designed to progressively increase your strength and build a strong foundation. Throughout the 3 phases of your athletic strength program, you will notice that the movements will progress as you do, keeping you challenged throughout. By the end of this program, you will be prepared for the increased loads of future programs.This program is a great starting point to build your athleticism and fitness. Intermediate: Athletic Strength & Development
This 12-week program is designed to progressively increase your strength, power, and speed. Over the next 3 phases, we will introduce barbell exercises that will aid your progression through more complex weight-bearing movements. Advanced: Athletic Strength & Development
This 12-week program is designed to build strength, eventually working up to a 1RM in your major lifts. You will be performing compound movements, such as barbell back squats, that require a maximum amount of energy.This program requires a solid training foundation and is only recommended for those who have a history of training in the weight room or have completed both the beginner and intermediate programs.
