Hi, I’m Isabella Quintero, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Division I performance coach at the University of Southern California.

For the past nine years, I’ve coached and developed Division I athletes, overseeing year-round training programs for men’s and women’s volleyball and cross country. My passion for volleyball performance runs deep — but my expertise extends far beyond a single sport.

I founded IQ Performance with one mission:

This is a lower body focused program that also involves total body in your HIIT workouts 2x a week. This program is going to get you confident and comfortable under the barbell.
