I've been coaching for 15 years - worked with kids as young as 7, and as old as 70. 

I believe conquering your nervous system is the key to performance.

 

I coach my athletes to increase performance, move past their pains, - they can throw around their kids, pick up their fridge, hike without their pole, and dance without a care. 

 

ABOUT ME --- I was an International level Ski Racer for 20 years, racing all over the world until graduating from Rocky Mountain College in 2018. I personally hold, and have coached athletes into state records in Olympic Weightlifting, have attended Olympic Weightlifting Nationals myself, coached and won IPL Powerlifting World Championships, coached well over 10 Official IPL Powerlifting World Records, and coached a strength athlete into a marathon. The list seems to never stop. 

 

SOME EXPERIENCE --- I've had many middle and high school sports including Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, Basketball, Track, Cross Country, and of course Ski Racing. Recovering addicts, and stroke victims, knee replacements, bum shoulders, and Lumbar issues. Several Navy Pilots highly active in Skiing and everything outdoors, bowhunters and gun hunters. Semi-Professional and Professional Soccer and Baseball athletes, Crossfitters, Marathon Runners. Alpine world cup athletes, and World Champion and World Record holding Powerlifters.

LB STRENGTH OPEN MEMBERSHIP
This Membership gives you access to over 3 years worth of structured, periodized programming to choose from. Along with a library of warm-ups and physical therapy–style protocols that you can use to personalize your training.Unlimited video submission and review, as well as communication with me is included.The membership is month to month, with a 30 day cancelation policy.All programming is available WITH OR WITHOUT Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics - whichever is preferred.Periodized means the programs are designed to build on each other over time.They may be followed in order, I can lend a hand to create a customized order, or you may pick and choose freely to match your needs and goals.I am here for you, to coach you, help you, make you better.As one of my athletes, I will always be looking for you to reach out to me with any input, questions, and concerns! I encourage you to send as many videos as you want through your app so I can keep an eye on your movement. Always remember HOW you move through an exercise is much more important than how much weight you are using. Once you hit that "JOIN NOW" button, you'll sign a waiver and I will receive an email. If we have not yet been in contact I'll contact you and we will talk about where you are, where you want to be, and talk a about how it would be best for you to navigate through the open membership. LB STRENGTH 1:1 COACHING
This Membership is a 1:1, which means I create a plan based on your situation and goals. We will start off with a facetime, phone call, or an in-person session to get rolling, and be in constant touch from there. I make the best out of your vacation times, competition season, injuries, ect. And if you need at-home or hotel days those will be provided accordingly. The membership is month to month, with a 30 day cancelation policy.You will of course have unlimited video submission and review, as well as unlimited communication with me.You will switch priorities within your training based on the time of the year and what your goals are. Riding the line of being able to work hard but not burnout is what most of my knowledge is based around. When I was young I didn't know anything other than to work as hard as I could all the time, which lead to overtraining. I think many people end up shooting themselves in the foot because they work hard but they don't have a purpose and they don't rest at the proper times. There is a time and a place to bust your ass, and there is a time and a place to recover. Both mentally and physically. Knowing that balance is what sets athletes apart. Everything I do is about efficiency and purpose. I don't have people working out just to burn calories. I have my athletes train towards a goal. Your performance and how you feel has everything to do with your nervous system and the balance of stressors in your body. Stressors come from not only physical stress from exercise, but also emotional stress from life, and chemical stress from your environment. Conquering and balancing these is the key to your performance, and that's what this is all about! As one of my athletes, I will always be looking for you to reach out to me with any input, questions, and concerns! You will always have access to me, call or text.
