We take a functional movement first approach to fitness. The programs place importance on establishing quality movements first. Then we will  challenge these movements under load and with varying degrees of perturbation. In this way, the training is safe, approachable, and effective.

High School Athlete Summer Development Program
Led by healthcare professionals in a small group environment, this program combines athletic development with an evidence informed approach to movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention. Elite Cyclist Off Season Strength Program
This program is designed for elite cyclists looking to strength train for 4-5 hours per week.It includes 1:1 coaching, unlimited changes, weekly check-ins, and fully customized workouts tailored to your specific needs.The entire program consists of 5 phases. Each phase will consist of 4-5 week training blocks.In the first phase, you will be exposed to fundamental movements that will help build the foundation for the latter stages of the program. In phases II and III you will find heavier lifting days paired with some dynamic stability. Phases IV and V will focus in on speed lifts combined with heavy load.The primary objectives of my programs are: injury prevention, global stability and increasing power on the bike. Pickle-ball Advanced (4 Weeks)
This program is designed for individuals who have experience in the gym and access to a fully equipped gym. It is focused on injury avoidance, balance, and building global strength. Training for court based sports includes a variety of exercises targeted at: i) loading the tendons in the lower body to create more resiliency, ii) preparing the shoulder muscles and joint for repetitive use, and iii) building athleticism through key movement patterns.
