What’s up!? I’m Mike Mikolajczyk and I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach! I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Major in Public Health and a Minor in Physiology. My passion is to help people become the best versions of themselves through fitness & nutrition which is why I have created this page!

 

I usually train with people 1-on-1 in my personal training studio in Scottsdale, AZ but I wanted to be able to have a greater impact in my community and create a variety of online workout programs for people that can’t make it in person to train with me or would rather follow a structured training program in the comfort of their own home or local gym!

 

All of my training programs are science-backed and are built to get you to achieve your goals as efficiently and safely as possible! And by delivering them through the BridgeAthletic App, you will truly get a customized feel with each program. You will have tutorial videos for each exercise, sets, reps, weight and workout goal. You will be guided along each training program so that you have the most confidence going into each workout.

Pure Strength
This is WHPT’s flagship Strength/Bulk Program!This is tailored to the person that is focused on getting strong AF and wants to put on muscle mass while hitting new PR’s!(You will want to make sure that you are taking in the right nutrition to maximize your efforts in the gym. You can sign up here for a customized macro and portion guide tailored to your goals.)The Layout:12 week programOn odd numbered weeks (1,3.5..) you will be focusing on performing movements that will help improve your back squat, bench press, and deadlift. These weeks will have higher volume but will still keep an emphasis on using challenging weight based on percentages of difficultly.Even numbered weeks (2.4,6..) will be your Pure Strength weeks! It’s during these weeks where you will set new PR’s! We‘ll keep the rep ranges between 3-8 per set so we can really push the weight and force the body to make the adaptations to get stronger.4 workouts per week ( 60ish minutes each) :Day 1: LegsDay 2: ChestDay 3: BackDay 4: Accessory MusclesGuidance:Each exercise has a demonstration video so you can be confident in what to do.I will give you the percent difficulty for each set of each exercise that I want you to achieve. This will keep you on track and make sure that your not going too easy or too hard. You will be guided every step of the way!The app will also track all of the weights that you input for each exercise and adapt as you go through the program. Giving you new weight recommendations as you get stronger! This will take the guess work out of what weight you should be using and keep pushing during each workout!Everything will be outlined for you! Intermediate - Hypertrophy/Strength

Beginner - Strength & Cardio
4 week program geared towards those that are wanting a program to get their feet wet and learn more about how to train effectively!Get lean and improve your conditioning all while getting stronger! (important to pair with a balanced diet tailored to your goals)Build a solid foundation by getting familiar with the basic movements of strength training and a little dash of cardio.3 workouts a week that are between 30-45 minutes.
